The Irish Pub Seamus O'hara have a great Christmas dinner offering between the 14th and 25th Decemeber. 2000 yen for a Christmas dinner course.
Near Meguro Station

PIO in Ebisu is a small spanish-style restaurant which is offering a Chistmas Dinner during the Festive season.
Located in Ebisu, they are offering a nomihoudai all you can drink choice for 2000 Yen.
Their Christmas dinner is available all through december with chicken with rice and mushroom stuffing at 2500 yen.
